Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the item or items to West bank kufiya if the return is due to our error (i.e., we shipped you the wrong products). We will refund you the order total amount including shipping. If the return is not due to our error, we will refund the order total amount not including shipping cost. In such cases an item must be in original packaging and in the same condition as it was shipped.

Refunds:
